To enable the deployment of
our strategy, Parlec implemented and continues to maintain and improve
our Quality Management System. The
System was originally implemented in 1996, achieving certification to
the ISO 9001:1994 Standard in 1997. Our System has since been re-certified
to ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
A primary element of our annual business planning and
deployment process is to review all aspects of our business and define
objectives for the
improvement of our key business processes. These objectives include the
development of improvement actions needed to:
