Currently
President and CEO of Parlec, Inc., Michael Nuccitelli
began his career in the machine tooling industry
at the age of 13 by working after school and summers
for Nationwide Precision Products Company, a business
owned by his father and uncle. Later, he would
go on to become President of Nationwide at age
24.
Upon graduation from Clarkson
University with a bachelor's degree in engineering,
Nuccitelli went to work full-time as a sales engineer
for Nationwide. Aggressively pursuing new accounts
in diverse industries, Nuccitelli led Nationwide
to rapid success, expansion and relocation to
a new facility. Within three years of graduation
he was named president, and during his tenure
there the company's sales grew 500 percent.
Nuccitelli sold Nationwide in
1999, turning his attention to Parlec, which he
and his partners purchased in the early nineties.
Since that time, company sales have grown over
300 percent.
Active in many community
organizations such as the Unity Health
System Foundation, Monroe County/Rochester
Workforce Investment Board and High-Tech
of Rochester, Nuccitelli is also a Trustee
at both Monroe Community College and Aquinas
Institute.
