Now there’s a revolutionary new standard in collet chucks. Our new HP Series collet chuck is superior to conventional chucks. This innovative collet chuck employs a unique mechanical activating design that develops significantly more clamping force than a conventional collet chuck. Parlec’s new HP Series collet chucks are offered in a variety of styles and can be used in just about any application. Where superior tooling precision is required in finish milling, drilling, reaming or cutter grinding operations. The collet chuck utilizes High Precision Plus collets and can help you increase cutting tool life-up to 4 times longer.

Accuracy

  • Concentricities less than 3µ at 3 times diameter, a maximum of 2” above collet face, as low as 3µ at up to 10 times diameter.
  • Reduces set-up time and increases tool life.
