Debbie Saylor, Human Resources Manager at Parlec, Inc. since October 2007, is responsible for maintaining an efficient and resilient human resource system. Her duties include, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, training, succession planning, payroll, and compliance and safety.

Saylor is credited with organizing a safety committee and implementing the Safety Walkthrough, revamping the new hire orientation and training process to comply with updated ISO guidelines, developing and directing a company-wide harassment training seminar, and instituting electronic processes to avoid paper waste.

Prior to Parlec, Saylor worked as a human resource consultant where she provided a wide-range of HR services to multiple clients.

Saylor holds a New York State Life Accident Health Insurance Broker license and has been a member of the Rochester Business Alliance Benefits Forum since 2001.
