Dedication To Technology
Today Parlec is incorporating Supermill technology into every tool we manufacture. Supermill technology is producing tools that provide superior surface finishes, increased rigidity, increased speed and feed rates, longer cutter lengths, and longer tool life over conventional tools.
Bearing Technology
Bearing selection is critical to the success of any tool. Parlec uses only the highest grade of bearings in every tool to ensure the longest possible bearing life and maximum rigidity on the input and output spindles of a tool. By utilizing combinations of Angular Contact, Deep Groove, Needle Roller and Taper Roller bearings we can design a tool that provides both strength and speed.
Seal Technology
Seal technology is the key to maintaining a long service life of a tool. By incorporating the latest advances in seal technology we have produced tools that can run at higher speeds and last longer than our competition. Advancements in seal technology have yielded synthetic compounds that have lower coefficient of frictions and are less susceptible to breakdown from contact with coolants. Parlec also utilizes “protective” seal placement to ensure that chips and debris inside the manufacturing process do not prematurely break down the seals.
