BHS2200 SINGLE STATION HEAT SHRINK MACHINE:

For an inexpensive shift to inductive shrinking technology, the mobile BHS2200 unit offers a solution while providing work flexibility with its low weight. Suitable for carbide tools, the unit’s compact design allows tool changing in seconds, for diameters ranging from 1/4” – 3/4”. The features of the BHS2200 all focus on providing ease and safety for utilizing shrinking technology in production, including the integrated fans that cool down clamping chucks quickly.

BHS3200 FOUR STATION HEAT SHRINK MACHINE:

  • Automatic operation.
  • Tool range 1/8” to 1 1/4” standard with optional coil capacity to 2”.
  • Tool capacity up to 18.4” length.
  • Four cooling station.
  • Suitable for all tool shanks.
  • 10 kw power for rapid heating.

The BHS3200 universal shrinking unit provides a way to utilize professional shrinking technology. A unique coil changing system allows you to change tools above 1 1/4” with a rapid quick change coil with automatic control recognition. This coil changing system allows the machine the full range of 1/8” to 2” with minimum change over time. Cool down of the clamping chucks happens quickly thanks to four integrated fans, this guarantees the constant preparation of a high number of tools.
