As VP of Operations, Pierce is responsible for overseeing Parlec’s manufacturing, assembly, materials purchasing, manufacturing engineering, maintenance and quality departments. Jim is also tasked with coordinating Parlec’s in-house technology, including implementing new inventory and fulfillment management, and product realization strategies.

Jim has more than 20 years of progressive manufacturing experience and holds a number of accredited certifications, including Six Sigma, Black Belt; Lean Enterprise, Black Belt; and Kaizen Facilitator. He has also undergone extensive leadership and manufacturing proficiencies training.

Pierce received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University and has worked in operations management for a number of manufacturing facilities in and around Rochester, NY throughout his career.
