- Collet slots are sealed to prevent coolant escape.

- Seals up to 600 PSI.
Single- Angle Coolant Back-Up Screws with Nylon Face
- Work fine for large tools.
- Tool shank must protrude through the collet.
- Direct Link™ will work on short small diameter tools. Call your Parlec representative for more information.
- Seals up to 600 PSI.
Single-Angle GOLDEN SEAL™ Coolant Seals
- For use with straight-shank cutting tools with internal coolant-fed oil hole.
- Use on existing collets, no special collet nut, tools or hardware required.
- Golden Seal is simply inserted into the collet nut and the tool assembled as normal.
- Golden Seal is an excellent means to stop collet contamination at any PSI from chips or grinding dust.
- Seals 800 PSI.
Getting Coolant to the Cutting Tool:
Through-Flange
- Available to the DIN 69871 Form B specification.
Through-Spindle
- Through-holes are standard in all Parlec collet chucks. All collet chucks have back-up screws with through-holes.
- Standard back-up screws are not designed for coolant pressure above 250 PSI, unless used in conjunction with additional coolant sealing system.
