TE-CO Acquires Parlec Workholding Line

Rochester, NY, March 15, 2010- TE-CO, Inc. (Union, OH), a leading manufacturer of workholding devices and components, including jig and fixture components and precision vises, announced its acquisition of Parlec, Inc. Workholding line.

TE-CO has acquired the rights to Parlec’s full range of workholding products which include the PWS-6900 and the recently released PWS-8110 Toolroom Series vises and accessories. In addition to the Toolroom Series vises, they have also acquired the rights to the full range of Parlec 100mm to 200mm tombstone and laydown Production Series vises and accessories.
