Parlec warrants that this Workholding vise will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the product. The life of the product or part is defined as that point in time when such item no longer functions due to normal wear and tear. Failure to properly maintain and/or operate this product under normal conditions, or the use of this vise with third party components will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear items (Example: O-rings, etc.) and any product or part that has been, abused, heated, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use. Parlec will correct any defects in material or workmanship by repair or replacement of the product F.O.B. Fairport, NY.

Should the vise need to be returned to Parlec, the customer must notify their Dealer, where the vise was purchased, or Parlec in advance to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to shipment. The RGA number must be clearly listed on the outside of the packaging with freight prepaid.

THIS LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHETHER ARISING FROM STATUE, COMMON LAW, OR OTHERWISE. THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS THE PURCHASERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. PARLEC IS NOT BOUND TO ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OTHER THAN THE CONDITIONS LISTED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. PARLEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR OUR PRODUCTS OR CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT, FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY PRODUCT WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE.
